Default Czech & Tax

Hello all,

Are there any investors out there who have invested in the Czech Republic?

I purchased an off-plan a few years back which I have now managed to rent out since March this year. I have not managed to do anything regarding the tax situation and have no idea if I need to find an accountant in Cz or the UK or where to go....or maybe just leave it and hope for the best! Anyone have any advice?

Thanks.

I have bought in Prague 7 and also just south of Prague - the way the market has moved over the past year and with the current maturity of finance and currency markets in Czech, I doubt there is a better place to invest in the world!

I paid a lump sum to a company (i-property assets), who in turn source the best management/lettings firm and also sort any furnishings etc.. - a one stop shop. I am pretty sure all tax issues will be done through the management firm also.

I would assume you have to pay taxes on rental income in CZ
