Interested in property in juan dolio dominican republic..Problem is, hard to get real prices everywhere you turn quoting different prices for same piece of property..Does anybody know a reliable person with knowledge of juan dolio??

Philip, I am looking to buy a condo in the Dominican Republic and the developer includes the services of Stewart Title in the purchase price. Will this protect me 100% in case the developer haults construction or if there are significant delays or if we haven't received title after say 12 months? Do I need to hire a lawyer as well, or does Stewart Title provide those same services?
