Dear Friends
More and more foreigners feel interested in investing in China's real estate. However, since China's real estate market is such an immature and complicated one, it must be a not so easy process for a foreigner to find a satisfied property investment opportunity. If you are one of them, please share with others about your China property investment experience here to see whether you can give other foreigners like you some helps or even get helps from them.

Dear Lukas,
Foreigners must be very cautious to buy any real estate in China. Liquidity is the main problem and not to mentioned other problems such as legal representation, foreign ownership, transfer taxes and title protection. It is easy to buy real estate. when it comes to liquidate your real estate and convert to cash, you are likely to take very long time to get a serious buyer who is willing to pay your prices.
