Hi I just invested in Premier Resorts , paphos cyprus. Been looking for a while now this had everything in my criteria for investing. Here is a link to show you the development, but it doesnt give you any contact details. The company i went though which i always use Worldwide Frontiers - Overseas Offplan property investing have not even up loading it the website just been released today, i will provide i link when it is up.

It has a Guarantee 6.5% gross rental for 3 years
• All apartments will be fully furnished
• Full management and administration
• Full maintainenance
• Full revenue collection and distribution
• Insure the apartment, property, contents and public liability
• Provide assisted mortgages at lower than market rates
