"Off Plan" opportunity near Paphos

Hello,
As some of you may be aware I spent part of last month in Cyprus and this month sorting out the detail of an "Off Plan" opportunity near Paphos, overlooking the sea.

With the UK market cooling, stretched affordability and with rising interest rates, possibly as a high as 5.5% by mid 2005, there has never been a better reason to look elsewhere to maintain the momentum with your investing and to bring variety to a portfolio.

You must have opportunity cost at the forefront of your thoughts.

If you know the setup in Cyprus re-finance, you will appreciate the innovative and radical package on offer. The offer is at the luxury end of the market.
