Borrowing for house and land in Cyprus

I have the same problem.

Looking to invest in Cyprus but can not seem to find a bank that will give money although my credit is excellent.
Been working for an International American Construction Company for 10 years now and my credits are adding up.
What can i do as i am really hooked on this one property in Northern Cyprus.

Please advise,
