SORRY JWAYNE FOR THE DELAY OF REPLY IVE BEEN ADVISED BY MY AGENT THE GUIDE PRICES FOR THE UNITS. I`M SURE I AM STILL ASKING FOR LESS 345,000DHS FOR A STUDIO FLAT AS THEY WILL BE COMPLETE IN DECEMBER IVE CHECKED FOR STUDIO FLATS IT IS OVER 355,00 DHS ITS JUST I HAVE COMMITMENT IN UK AND I WOULD LIKE TO SELL JUST ONE I HAVE FEW MORE APTS IN K7 I VISITED IN FEB 07 BUT THE CONSTRUCTION WAS STILL ON AND THEY WOULD NOT LET US IN, BUT I SUPPOSE THEY WOULD ALL BE THE SAME BUT LOCATION WISE WE`VE BEEN TOLD IS GREECE SECTOR IS THE BEST ONE.

Thanks for your reply Mohammed, are you buying through Dubai Property Link? I have my studio in K7 and am unsure when it will be completed or what the procedure is for handover. Are you able to provide any information on this?

ive bought mine through gowealthy and no i do not know what the handover procedure is as yet i am going to email the unit owner to ask if he has any idea of completion i cant imagine them going on too long, it has already been a year since anticipated dec 06.

I have been told my 1 bed apartments in X18 England will be handed over in Nov. Can someone please advise me what a realistic rental would be, I am willing to take 4 cheques.

If anyone is already renting out in England sector I would really appreciate it if you could post a reply.

One is on the first floor, the other is second and I have been told they both have balconies...but I will only believe that when I see them for myself.

Question Need a studio to rent
Hello everyone,

I am in Dubai, between jobs and looking for a studio. Please help me find a studio in IC for rent starting Nov. The agents are asking for a lots of money for comission and only one payment. My budget is 36 000 and I can do 4 payments. If you have anything for me, please let me know.
