ya it is possible but you will recieve post dated cheques if you need cash for the three years you might loose a lot of money I don't reccomend this, while I can understand why you are doing this but you should understand the tanents psyche also,

Dear Kairi, Shops are not renting out easily and not even in selling its long term investment, France is even not handed over yet, I suggest you to sell the shop and buy an appartment.
