It is on first floor in S1 Building. I am there in Dubai on Jan 15, 2008. I have to take possession. I do not know it is with balcony or not. Can you advise me which one is better for rental point of you? I also need yor contact number in Dubai.

Further, I will be there in Dubai on Jan 20. Can you tell me how much is the DEWA Charges and who has to pay? Either tenant or Owner.

Do you have ready tenant for my apartment? I want to finalize agreement in my visit. I want to rent it out for one year agreement with 45,000 aed (max 2 cheques) and 3,000 aed security deposit.

It was told me that there is a standard official tenancy agreement issued by Dubai/UAE Govenment. Is this true or one has to make its own format?

a normal studio is 480 sq ft, and a 1 bedroom is 716 sq ft. The normal studio is rented at 40-42k, where as a 1 bedroom is at 54-56k. Now a studio that is 625 sq ft, with a big balcony for 46-48k, do you sstill think it is very expensive?

I am new to the forum and am due to get the keys for my 1 bed in Greece. I am a resident in due and therefore don't see why I cannot rent out the property direct myself. I have heard that I can get a tennancy agreement form from the Dubai library. I will be registering my apt with DEWA and then believe i have to transfer into the tennants name. What other things do I need to set up ? Can anyone advise when are the steps I need to take to rent direct.
