The rental market is flooded with so many one bed room and Studio flats, still demand is there for one bed and they are moving in fair time the rent for studio is from 48K to 50K per year , But Studio flats are getting very low response mainly because Nakheel have offered them for low price. Rent for studio is from 35K to 38K. Despite of all this sale market is booming and the demand is high you can sell 1 bed for 440K plus and studio for330K plus depend on the location and floor. I am paying AED48K for a 1BR in China E cluster - 3 payments + AED 2000 + security deposit, and a friend of mine is paying AED36K for a studio in China D cluster.

Also, I am looking for a laundry service, grocery, etc in IC China cluster... but can't seem to find one. Can anyone help me out?

Every real estate agent in the city is advertising 40k studios and 50k 1bds. Fact is, none of them are getting anywhere and the flats continue to sit empty. The whole area is empty. The only ones filled are those rented out for 5k less.

I am looking to rent an aprtment in IC, minimum 1 bed, ideally furnhished with basic equipment. Direct with owner - absolutely no agents please.
