Thumbs up

I wondered if anyone is already renting out their STUDIO apartment in "Persia" who could tell me how much rent I could expect if I was to rent mine out on say a yearly basis? I originally had planned to use it mostly for myself snd friends and family but now I am considering renting it out longterm. I would have preferred to rent it out short-term but there is not many people looking to rent short term. After the booking agent has taken their share off, how much should I expect to get for the rent? How is the rent normally taken? Is there a payment made in advance and is the rent collected on a monthly basis or what is the "norm"?
I would really appreciate any advice on renting long term as I need to make a decision soon whether to go over and furnish it and try to rent it out on a short-term lease or leave it unfurnished and rent it out long-term?
Any advice/info would be really helpful.
Thank you.
