I am now considering renting my studio in "Persia"-N1 for a year and have been offered 37000AED. I don't know whether to just go ahead with the rental or not. Is this a good price? What are others getting for the studio rentals for a year? I would really appreciate help in deciding as I have to make a decision very soon. Look forward to your replies.

Were you able to rent directly,or is this through a 3rd party?

Did the tenants have to pay a commission ?
