I am looking to move to Dubai in the next couple of weeks and would be grateful if anyone knows a reputable agent, or owner, that can rent an apartment with 2 beds, preferably unfurnished for about 3/4 months. I prefer somewhere close to Jebel Ali or with a short travel distance.

I'm an English guy living in Oman at the moment but I have to move to Dubai soon to a new office next to the Emirates Mall.

All potential tenants are hereby advised to bid for my 1 bedroom apartment (720 sq feet) in the Morocco Sector of International City, Dubai. Its in I-12 building, on main road, near Dragon mart, and easily accessible through emirates road. It is available for immediate occupancy. The bid is starting from AED 48,000 per year inclusive of maintenance charges.
Other charges such as Government tax, DEVA are applicable during the tenancy period are payable by the tenant.
The rent is to be paid in two parts, first cheque/cash at handover & one post dated cheque to be encashed after six months.
There is a deposit of AED 2,000, which will be refunded where no damage to provided property is found.
