You think people who are interested in renting at IC are all aware of this website.

You need to advertise about it at the right place.

So let us ask people. Where best to publicise about our IC flats?

Those living in Dubai, please Help.

Default Thats the going rate!!

well, you seem new to the market, a one bed never costs 250K. a one bed is now worth 480-500K Dirhams. plus yields are higher here, otherwise why would one be here anyway??? going rate is 48-60K depending on size and furnishings!!! apartments in central district cost you 10-15% higher!!

Cheers!!

Default Good response

I happy at the response potential tenants have given to me and my apartment.

Thanks! But only a lucky man will get my apartment.
