The area mentioned to you is as per the sale and purchase agreement from Nakheel. I checked with the agent and the building is ready and will not take 6 months as you have mentioned on your email. The building is L-3 and the unit is on the 2nd floor with a balcony.

Studio is for AED 410K all in - Rented
