I bought a studio at 1200 per sqft is the price 1160 for the larger units . Or are u a bulk buyer selling it at lower prices than DEC . Any way my studio is being offered a preiumum of 10% should i sell it it or hang on and wait

1160 was the starting price and every floor the price goes up. So you must have bought on a higher floor.You should wait for few more months. You can get good premium on your property.

sell it - use this opportunity to prove to yourself that you can sell. My assistant, against my advice bought in JVS, and told me the premium was 10% after 1 day. When I challenged her to sell the apartment, she failed and has not sold it since. Sell now and if successful go back to the person that introduced you because they sold you something good. If not then market the property hard and pay a decent wedge to a broker who can 'move' it for you.

i selected it my self i m being greedy and wanted more a broker offered me lesser than my 13% i said no leave it coz i can hold it till completion
