Default Badra availablity

As you all know, al Badra premium has increased. I have few units available on 15% premium. The premium is expected to increase by 3% to 5% more in less than 2 weeks.

So if any of you are interested in buying al badra units on 15% premium. Please let me know as this stock will not last for long.

Regards

There is a new release coming up on the 22nd. What are those units supposed to go for? Seems like everyone who bought the units from the 1st phase is having difficulty unloading them..

even i heard about the new launch. but at what price, not confirmed yet. and it will afect the demand of phase1 for 2 3 days.. but not for long. with the rise in the premium of phase2, both the phases will be of same value.

That means it may not be so good to buy into the second phase. I see the market is quite flooded with units for sale from the 1st phase which many investors were unable to flip.

it is always good to buy something cheaper. there are people who still are interested in phase 1 and still are buying even @ 15 or 16% premium. If you can get something in phase 2. Its great, if you are not lucky enough then ofcourse the premium is going to b the same for both the phases so doesnt matter if you buy now or later.

I thought there were only 3 phases for Badra and heard that this will be the last phase release.. So supposedly there were two phases that were released until now..

Aryan how can the premium be same for all phases ?
say eg phase 1 1000/ persft 10% premium
phase 2 1200 (supposed prices)

It all depends on the next phase launch prices or the prices in the development .

Beats me if ppl cant do simple math and just play with figures and buy on impulses
OH wow badra 10% premium its a steal ....

Is it really a steal if nest phase was to launch at less than 10% price increase than the previous phase when u have paid a bigger chunk of money upfront

Sell with a point -- sell with a value- add value - just dont expect all people to fall in a
numbers trap most ppl can see through very well

What i meant was, you ll end spending the same MONEY. So doesnt matter that premium in % is 10% or 25%. If OP is high, premium is low. If OP is low, the asking premium is ofcourse higher.

New phase of Al Badra

Studio per sqft are 1700+
1 bed per sqft are 1500+

No penthouses are luanched in phase 2
