I have some units in Dubai Waterfront and the payment what we have you will never get the same, 30% linked to construction and 70% on completion, Dubai Waterfront properties will touch 5000 DHS per sqft, we are the whole seller here, premium is very very low just 3.5% and it will reach 15% very soon, market is going up day by day, investment is less and returns are very high, just think about it, 70% on completion only, you have to play aleast 10% down payment, you can get 15% premium for sure in couple 3 months because third payment after 8 months.
