I have a 2 bed apartment in Sadaf 1 on the 4th floor with marina view for sale.
Size 1360sqft. What can I expect to to get . If I go by the Dubai price index at
the averge price then I should get AED 2.7m. Is this correct.

if you wait for 2-3 month you may be able to sell it for similar price but if you want to have quick sale , you have to go to undermarket price for something about 2.3 or 2.4
