i have bought 2 studio in the development and finding it hard to sell it on the cost price 1600 per sq.t

Still, it is a nice project. Market is very slow these days, that is why you are having difficutly to sell it otherwise location, project and prices are better than some corner project in a 'BIG under developed city'.

Thats very ture but dont know till when the market is going to be slow , any ways
me trying to sell it on 1600 per sq.ft willing to give 1% commission on it aswell
