HT - I got an offer for 17% for both units. I'm looking to get 19%. Because I have to be above break even price. After premium, commission and transfer, 19% is the most reasonable I can offer. There is no rush, I don't mind holding. Its a good investment. In the near future, feel free to contact me. If you feel premiums are higher than and my offer is more workable, I'll gladly sell to you.

by the way, these are the btter smaller ones. Not those big 1378 sq ft units. communit/swimming pool vew.

17% is my last offer. let me know if you are interested. I will rather go for badrah Ph 2 as it is more feasible for investment.

What is the going rate % premium for studios and 1 b/r in remraam?

Are studios still going for 20-21% or have they jumped up yet?
