urgent info needed

Hello Friends

I have been offered a marketing job by a multinational in Jeddah. They have offered USD 75000 plus benefits including kids education in american and british school. I want to know 2 things,1- that is this salary good enough to enjoy good life style in Jeddah and second- roughly how much would it cost to rent a 3 bedroom house/apartment in one of the compounds, where these american or british schools are located.

I could not find any link to search the rentals available in these compounds so if any of the friend can share the approx rentals and more info on life in Jeddah and especially schooling. I have 2 kids, my son is 4 years of agae and my daughter is 2 years of age.
