It looks like prices have gone up from when you bought and completion is Oct 09 (which probably means early 10).

Hi, how do i fing out who is a reputable developer, i am currently purchasing a property in Sport City, Manchester Sport Tower 1, with Manchester Realestate. Has anybody heard of them?

See attached photos as promised.Actually nothing started yet on Giovanni area,I searched the plot for around 50 minutes , there is no movement at all.Rest all projects like Rufi Twin tower , Shami tower , Cube , Elite residence, Chapal , Bangas are working almost the same stage . Excavation for foundation has been done and now they are waiting for inspections from DubaiLand authorities. They are parallaly building SCHOOL , PETROL STATION , CANAL , SHOPPING MALLS , SEWAGE PLANT, ROADS , STADIUMS , ACADAMIES . In short the whole place is building.

those projects which are actually started at present like Shami , Rufi , Bangash , Chapal are also in the very biginning stage,which will make it very dificult for them to complete before mid 09.I enquired with my developer and they honestly agreed that even though they promised for end 08 but it might stretch upto mid 09.This is happening due to labor shortage,as per them.If you want to pull out,think about it now before probale revaluation of dirham(if you have bring in more money ).Sports city prices are going high.I think similar to giovanni project , CUBE is started.

When you are next in the area I'd be really grateful if you could take any photos of the Falak towers development, especially of Ice Hockey Tower, overlooking the golf course (top left on the DSC map). I know they started groundworks back in August but would love to see an update and what the golf course looks like.
