I kept tracking latest prices on giovanni and many other developments and it showed that in last 2 or 3 months prices has gone up.atleast on my purchase , I noticed that in 3 months prices rose almost 20 % ! sharp hike.I was lucky that I clicked the deal in time.
I suggest you to ask the developer about their latest plans and what do they offer if you happen to pull out in this stage.IF THEY HAVE CERTAIN PLAN ABOUT THINGS , LEAVE YOUR INVESTMENT AS IT IS.REALLY IT WILL GIVE YOU GOOD RETURNS WHEN READY.If I had to decide in your place , I would make sure that my buying price per sq ft then and now is changed how much and how much exchange rates affected me .based on that I would have decided.

Hi Mpat

Sorry but I don't know how to post a map on this forum, but if you get the chance to look, there is a map of Sports City on dubaisportscity.ae which is downloadable. This site won't let me post the full address.

The Falak towers (Westgate towers) are just off Emirates Road. They are the ones marked in red in the top left hand corner nearest to the golf course. (3rd layer in if that makes sense)

Hope that helps, but don't waste time if not. I'm afraid I'm not good with a computer. Thanks anyway.

Hi
I tried that one , but could not. Please confirm whether is this the same as Ice hockey tower , cricket , golf , tennis, hub canal 1 and 2 ? Because i saw website for falak and found that they have construction updates in it.They are quite ahead from all.I think this one is besides al khail road extension.Pls confirm.

Hi Mpat

Yes, that's right. Falak are building 4 towers close together and then 2 a bit further away. Thanks very much. I believe it is by Al Khail road, but not absolutely certain.
