Hi Martin,Prices are going up that is the news.It looks that one cant find in SC for less than 800 psf ... What do U think ?

You are sitting on a gold mine bro. A serviced apartment in DSC is definitely bound to do well. If you opt to sell it after completion, it will have a 5 star price tag on it and should get you handsome returns.

Be careful to read the contract, see if it's linked to the occupancy levels. I have not studied that part of it but it could have me hidden clauses.

I am starved for cash at the moment as I have invested in 2 commercials and 1 residential. I am financing the 2 commercials with own finance.

Serviced apartments will do well where tenants don't have to worry about maids, about cleaning the house, doing the beds. It will cater to an upmarket clientele, people who have the money. I makes sense to keep this investment.

But my next stop is Sports city with a good developer. I would be looking at a studio.
