This is my findings about the prices,start in decending order from cheapest to dearest...
shami tower
eden garden
rufi
hamza
bangash
best homes
profile
falak
etc etc etc
I might be wrong as sometimes some dev increasse price and some do not,so its always better to re verify while u r buying. . . ..

guys, do you agree that Elite 6 was/is too expensive at 1200aed/psf for a pre launch in DSC?

Yes it is too expensive.... I would rather go for DSO with DEYAR at 1100 PSF...

Well I'd say this is way too expensive.U can get DSO for 800/850.

There is an agent in the UK, she has given me the info. I am not in directly touch with the Developer yet, she has hold a unit for me on the 9th floor of Rufi Century Tower.. And I am about to pay in couple of days.
