The forum is interesting from many perspectives. One piece of advise for many of the readers contemplating buying in DSC....also think of the future transport links. The future metro station (near the stadiums) will also increase appartment prices related to proximity. But the overriding consideration should be location...more specifically the view. It should not just be based on the cost per sq ft. happy hunting.

Hi mpatel,

i have two stio flat in tower one I am getting woryy as there is so much delayand now they are saying september 2009 and the picture of the site there is no change what do you think?
