Hi All,

New member here. I'm looking into buying into Sportscity. The place I would like is purely for investment purposes, where i will hold onto the place for a for while while renting it out.

My question is what development would be the best for someone in my situation. After reading posts on here, Falak seems to be a reputable builder and therefore i'm drawn towards the Cricket/hockey/tennis towers.

Also how would I buy one of these as different agents seem to be charging different prices.

Many thanks

Las

the reason different agents are charging different prices because you are buying it from the secondary market as the pre launches prices . FALAK finished more than a months half ago
EliteS are good and adjacent to the canal and the future monorail . yet Falak are way on the out skirts , they do have two buildings in the center but their prices are way above elite and not furnished , I was about to buy one with a partial view of the canal and no furniture and was the last piece that the developer had kept for me but then I changed my mind when I saw the price and the size ,
I went to sports city the cricket and other buildings you have mentioned are very far and on the boarders of sports city and not toward Dubai land or motor CITY , you will be facing the road , perpendicular to Emirates road and not parallel to Zaid road .
It is up to you of-course
I am talking purely from my personal view, and if you are welling to pay fast and get fast earning you could buy now in motor city it is almost done and already have car races in it . Good luck .

Thanks for the reply guys.

Looks like i'll be looking more central in Sportscity then.

i've got a budget of up to about £100k, so which would you recommend.

Rufi/motorcity?

What are the good developments in Motorcity?

Thanks for the information. Please bear with me with my questions as this (for me) is a significant amount of cash.

Thanks

Las,

I am on the way out, but if you are really serious drop me a PM and I will tell you who to contact for the right property investment. In a nutshell I use the company and trust them. I am a long term Dubai resident with several properties here. Three in Sports City.

Thanks for your reply.

As I am a new member I am unable to use the PM system. I can assure you I am serious about making an investment in Dubai provided it is economically viable.

I'm still doing my research, and getting there slowly!

Thanks,

Las

Las,

I am not sure how I can make this work for you.. I have helped several people make investments into property over the last few years...and all of them have done well. That said, I usually meet with them to discuss the type of investment they are seeking. Don't get me wrong I am glad to help, I just don't want to waste your time or mine if you are seeking something different. I have only been using this forum recently and therefore don't have PM access either.
