Hi Guys,

yesterday a friend of mine who already bought apartment was showing me the Giovanni project for first time.

Honestly, I don't have much idea about Sprot City, but it looks very good. Also the prices are much lower than DAMAC prices. A studio costs almost as much as in Discovery Gardens, but is fully furnished - boutique furnished !

Also I remember that Sheikh Mohammed wants to bring the Olympics to Dubai. And also I have read at the Dubai Chronicle that:

"Dubai Sports City said it will offer more than 3.8 million square feet of retail space across all of its facilities when construction is completed.

In addition to its major retail areas - Arena Mall, North Point and South Point, and Canal Residence West - events, promotion and specialty leasing opportunities will be available within public areas. Retail leasing for Dubai Sports City will commence in the third quarter of 2008, a statement said."

All together the Sport City becomes a good investment opportunity, I think...

Try calling Profile Europe - they are the best port of call, and they will certainly be able to point you in the right direction.

Default Construction updates

There are some great opportunities in Dubai Sports City, and it is a terrific investment opportunity. The zone is really coming along and it is going to be amazing when completed.

Progress is being made as well - The golf course is completed and up and running, the cricket stadium is almost there - the zone is really taking shape. Dubai has also been reported as getting a bid in for the 2020 Olympics.

Facilities already built and in place. Sounds like a strong contender.
Tournaments have been booked already, the Rugby 7's World Cup for one, and the cricket stadium will be incredibly active.

The zone will be served by the new Metro, and as long as you choose a good location, it is a sound investment.

Have a look at the pictures below.
