Canal Residence has finance as well as Hamza Tower from Amlak. There are a couple, but most don't have. Having said that, once the buildings are finalised, there will be more banks offering mortgages for these properties.

Many developers have tie up wwith badr al islami , that is a subsidiary of mashreq bank , to provide finance for sports city projects.Like Champions tower,rufi,royal residence,etc. I can find more and more if any one wants exact figure....

I think its only for UAE residence,
they give 80 % finance, rate is 6.75 %,tenure upto 15 yrs,requirements minimum salary , residence,age,etc. etc. etc.

If you're anywhere in the vicinity of Stadium point, could you possibly have a look to see if there is any activity there please.
