They have refused to answer any emails and i can never get through to the right person when i phoned.

I have now flown our there to try and resolve the situation, and finally got to see someone, although the meeting was as good as useless.
I have since found out they are in dispute with the developers and are not allowed to even sell the development. I have also found out now, they have done this to at least 6 other people all who have paid anywhere between 20 and 30% and are all in the same situation.

To put it in a nutshell they have stolen our money and refusing to give it back. We are now proceeding down the legal route.

So please do your homework on which agent you choose and
DO NOT use 3D Venture!!!

Hi Syrup -

I am in the same position as you. Do you know what legal standing we have?. Is it not Lokhandwalas resposibilty to get the money off their agents? Also, do you know what stage they are at in terms of construction - have they even started?

Try sending your complaint to the RERA complaint email address - OR - if in Dubai, just go past RERA office. We need to know how RERA reacts to these kind of complaints.

Pls refer to the post " RERA complaint site " which was posted a few days back.

Regards

Roshan

Roshan, I sent a query to them regarding my developers Profile.
About a week ago I guess
I used the e-mail address you provided in "RERA complaint site"
They did not respond, I never heard a word back from them.

Hi Dubai sports city,
Pls see the plots of triplanet for elites ....... I took this pic yesterday evening.
U can discuss with them to put construction updates on their website, if they do have any.
Main thing is to start working and deliver something....
at this pace, they can launch up to elite 20 since they have only 120 plots in DSC to build.
Regards

Have a look at the progress.I believe its a company called simshung doing constrcution there.its a good progress to me.
only thing that made me worried was its exactly behind the stadium,u can see the distance between the stadium and the building as i took snaps from the site and only a small road in between.Earlier I thought there will be a huge space.but remember international cricket wont be there for round the year.only a few days of the year.
The good thing is that its very next to the office towers in the area making it more sellable to office guys. ! ! and its close proximity to EMIRATES road.you can walk in by parking your car in the parking at the main road.
Cheers.
Regards

Hi Alinazar
Dont worry my friend,it looks like your money is safe.
see the photo for the work, actually its very tightly covered all around which made almost impossible to take picture for the digging activities, but I could see 2 cranes on the plot which means they are done with digging and cement work is on in a full swing.
Bye

mpat.

Wow, thanks for the photo's.
It does look incredibley close, though still quite hard to tell from the photo.
The developer said the distance was 100 metres, looks more like 30 or 40m isn't it?

Between the road and stadium isn't there like a walkway for spectators etc??

The worry also is with what is being planned there, ie stadia , malls, offices, how on earth will a road that size service it all internally.
Looks like a constant traffic jam already !!
