The unit size is 569 sq.ft. There is a parking included....

In Sports City Every Project has been delayed

Really? Of course every project has been delayed!!! Why? Because the whole property sector in Dubai is government-demand-supply controlled which is a very good thing for all of us!!!

Sports City is certainly unique; however the main delays can be attributed to the revised infrastructure changes made by the RTA and government entities as a necessity to the rapid growth of Dubai as a whole.
The above said, if one goes back 18 months or so it would appear from a visual perspective that little or no progress was being made on site. In reality the infrastructure including sewage lines, power cables and high speed internet cables were all being put in place along with the roads. This stage is time consuming, but at least now you will find countless developer’s onsite and once the foundation stages are complete for a building, its rise should be rapid.
Purely from an investment angle, I would personally recommended holding for the longer term. But I recognise everyone is different including circumstances
