It is not unknown for figures such as these to be quoted to overseas investors and then the promoter or building manager will keep every thing above this figure.

For comparison First Group selling in Sports City 5 Star fully serviced apartments " The Bridge" after taking out their 40% service fee (yes you read correctly) still projecting a 15% profit so the figures of 8 to 10.5% a year seem on the low side.
yes can clarify this now just got it in post this morn 10.5 gross-8.5%net rental income for 5 years looks like i will be paying the rent my slef at them figs,an because this new group salya have it now there wanting extra 22,500 euro to furnish it,it only a studio apt it was the biggest one on the floor when i bought it now its changed to what i dont know with 30 days useage as if i would use it for that long?

I have bought a studio apartment in the first Oasis Tower, overlooking the lake. Has anyone else bought here, or does anyone know anything about this development?

Default Oasis Tower

Hi mpatel,
I bought mine through Dubai City Moves. If you email or ring them, they will send you all the info. and explain the process for buying one. They help you do everything.
You could try going staight to the developer.
They have a website but this site will not allow me to put the address.
The phone number is +97142248200.
