They start with the fencing so no one can easily check what is going on!

Someone funnily said "MED really wants to start building", why do they? is it just because they said so?
They are sitting on the money and earning interest, while putting the blame on someone else, they have no reason to dislike this situation....
Only people who paid deposits are loosing, all the other parties (agents, developpers and masters?) are laughing. Only cheap talk is being delivered, timely and in abundance.

How much they want once the podium is built?

This Podium according to the revised schedule was going to be April 2009 but now I doubt that could happen. We will have to see.

Also we will have to see wether the price goes up as the construction starts as we are in the middle of Global recession.

Chiquita, from previous contributions, it seemed clear to me that John is your colleague at MED, where you both work... Isn't that the case? how could genuine investors who paid real money for absolutely nothing so far, and who know that MED is sitting on their money, make such complacent statements focusing only on saying "it is not MED's fault, but Galadari's"?

Am I wrong? Are you the same person, then? Apologies if I am mistaken

K.

Hi Meztri the truth is me and Chiquita have never met each other and I certainly do not work for MED nor in real estate business. We both talk the same thing because we have been around in this forum for while. I am only mentioning what med informed me in the last email. Every one knows that it is Galadhari's fault as Kensington Royale (MED project) has already started in DSC., while the twom projects in COA are waiting for the green signal from the master developer.

On the other hand what else can you do? Med is not going to give you your money back if you request. Also one would be a fool to do it now. Also try and sell you unit on the resale market if you can find a buyer.

Hi Chiquita my recent news is post 424 on this forum which is on page 43. That was last week. You already know that MED do not like to communicate with the units owners very much and they are also very slow in providing information .

Meztri thinks me and you are friends and both of us are working for MED according to him.

I would request all the members of the forum that please do think twice before you post such very personal comments as we all are going through difficult times at the moment and it does not help when one says such things.

On the other hand there could be some one working for MED who is on his forum but it would not bother me as long as I can verify the information posted here with MED and my agent who sold me the unit.

I'm working on the assumption that someone amongst us either works for MED or monitors this forum on their behalf and we would all be a little naive to think otherwise!

Out of interest what have you invested in Chiquita?
