So long as they build the mall which it looks like they are going then this should be a good investment I think.Long term once Dubailand is well under way then there is great potential here.

Does anyone know the time table of Dubailand/city of Arabia?

G tower in COA is expected to finish Q1 2010. 18 months behind schedule. We have 3 apts there and although a bit pissed off, there is bugger all I can do about it.

I expect it to be selling at double what I paid in the coming months so that is always a bonus.

I purchased 3x 3 bed apts off plan 20 months ago and was given investor's discount. We have been offered a 4th apt at original price as compensation. Unfortunately we haven't the cash or I would buy and sell on straight away and make some cash!

Hi Kev, when you say it is an 18 month delay, what was your actual date and when is the new date of completion?

Nevermind, I see you said 2010 Q1. Is this true for metro tower and wadi walk as well? I thought mall of arabia would be ready mid-2009. Will need to call IMG and find out from the horses mouth, so far they have said no delays (this was 3 months back when I last spoke to the agent).
