Hi all, last year I purchased 1 B/R apartment in ‘ICI-SPA-S2’ building, in the Spain Cluster of IC. At that time, I was told that the completion will be by the end of December 2006. Since then I have neither received any news of the completion nor handing-over of apt. from the agent. I have already paid all the installments, except the one to be paid at the time of handing-over. Does anyone else has purchased apt. in the same Building ? Or any information on the completion date of “Spain” cluster ?

I have also purchased in Spain IC . I have been told by my agents that the handover date is 07 June 07 and I am in the process of making the last payment. Who is you agent? You need to get in touch with them as soon as possible.
