Default Do you know of any "legit" projects with "flexible payment plans"?

Like you pay, say 50% in payments until completion, then the other 50% over 5 or 10 years without interest?

Do such plans ( or similar ones ) exist in Dubai?

If so, i'd be looking at Dubai Marina and Business Bay.

I found one but I have doubts about the company's reliabilty.

Red face Yes however be careful

Investor___ Competition in the market has seen the introduction of more flexible payment plans. Some examples

Be careful. My advice stick to the major Banks , deal with projects tied up directly to one of the major developer's. Escrow Law is a welcome addition.

Examples of projects tied up with Major Lenders Tamwheel have been 10 % deposit then no payments until project completed. ( The Villas, Dubai Land)

Badr Al Islami Bank (Mashreq Bank's Islamic Bank) Dubai Silicon Oasis La-Vista Apartments 100 % finance, no deposit payments after completion.

Presently Dubai Islamic Bank 1 % Down payment purchase apartments JBR
