Exclamation Property in Aryene Greens need your help

Hello
I am around to buy my first Dubai property, a 1 BR apartment in Aryene Greens (see aryene . com)

I like the project look and the pre launch deal is fair.

This seems to be a small real estate company so I was just wondering, before paying the 10%, how many chances there are that for a reason or another they won't complete the project and/or I would be losing the 10% + further installments?

As there is no guarantee about the project I was just wondering (this is a much different deal than buying from a big developer like schön and others).

Your comments are very much appreciated
Thank You
Josh

Wayneis,
many thanks for your prompt reply. I heard about the law before and looks really what many of us are looking for.

That said all the developers I am in touch with require payment on their normal accounts - no escrow yet.

In this situation what can be done ? :X

Thanks
David
