Default Apartment cost in Dubai

Hello,
I am an agent who specializes only on the Red Sea. I am interested in looking for an apartment in Dubai. Can someone give me an idea if its possible to buy a decent apartment for around 75-100,000 USD? Or have they gone much higher than this now.
Thanks for your help.
Glenn

Depends on the usual variables such as location, is it inland , or near the water, , when is the completion date, who is the developer,do banks lend on the project as not all projects attract lenders, is it a premium project aimed at the high mid or low end of the market? Just to mention a few.

For this amount of money 100,000 US = 378,000 AED you would only get a studio and it would be low end of the market. Prices have gone ballistic compared to when property first was released.
