I was looking for this project and found this forum. Got good insight on the project. I bought a unit in this project in sept 2006. I know that there has been delays in the project but I have nothing to doubt the legitimacy of the developer. I hope this will give me good value for money.
Does anybody here knows current price per sq feet for this project?

A friend on this forum bought a studio just recently and it was costed around 900 PSF.

I bought it for around 675 psf. I think the investment was more risky then. Now a lot of people are looking towards Dubai Sports City now, everyone was concentrating on international city back then.

Has anyone signed and sent back their 99 year leasehold contract to Lokhandwala in anticipation of a freehold contract on completion? Is that wise seeing as what we were sold was freehold property?

Wiseguy - is parking included in that 675 psf or did you pay 35,000AED extra for that?

Is there anyone out there who purchased without a parking space?

Does anyone know if we also own the freehold to our own parking spaces, or do we just use any spaces that are available?

Generally developers allocate parkings free along with the apartment / commercial space.

When they don't, then if the payment has been made the parking space becomes yours. They will mention the parking in your contract.

I think its difficult if someone would sell at tht price.There is still some months before ppl start selling 'distress sale'.
