Question Martgages for Sports City developments?

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying an apartments in the Sports City. The problem is I have only cca. 25% of my own funds and I see that not many developments offer this level of mortgage if any.

Do you know of any that do offer this? Any pointers would be much appreciated!

I was thinking about Universal Tower but they do not offer financing yet. I was in contact with them and they told me that this should change probably at the begining of the next year when they get approval from banks. Do you have any experience with this developer (Universal group), good or bad?

The only development in SC that offers financing (that I'm aware off) is Rufi Twin Towers (what do you think of them?).

As for DAMAC, they are usually a bit above my budget but thanks for the suggestion, I'll check them out as well.

Thanks

You are right.I think you have done good research on it.Universal group is a good company.I have purchased for my brother with rufi ( not financed ) and another friend of mine also did the same.and they looked very professional and well managed.
