Hi All,

Looking to invest in a 1 bed flat in the Marina, would appreaciate any advise as to which developments are coming up? or an agent who has Marina properties for sale? Ta

Have you looked at re-sale to see if you can get anything as this seems quite low for the Marina. I have not seen much for less than 1.5m and that being a 1 bedroom.

A friend managed to get a 1 bed in the Marina re-sale at £110k down from £125k

I think cheapest 1bd already built are international city for 550K AED, as for under construction, I'd say Jumeirah Village at 500K as well.

Sorry, I meant in Dubai Marina? What are the cheapest going there both already built and off plans. Does anybody know?

I have a studio in the mall hotel, and an apartment of 909 sqft in dubai marina, but both over your budget, is 900k you absolute max??
