Which building is it in?
How much are you looking for it? [I'm assuming it's immediately available.]

I have pple asking me all the time, and because I don't deal with rentals, I usually direct them towards companies, but I wouldn't mind passing you the leads when they come. I need to know the price though, and the building. pm them if you don't want to make it public.

Note: Just to clarify matters, I don't want any fee for refering those pple to you.
