Dubai is running short of power and the best business to be in is to provide generators for temporary power.

Discovery gardens will cater to a certain segment of the market and might not be a good option.

Is any one looking at Abudhabi. Coming up very strongly. Put your money there.

Do you know of any successful project from Nakheel.
When I say successful I understand – profitable, delivered on time, reasonable service charges.
Emaar has delivered 4 very successful projects
For example Springs and Greens
Appreciation 3 times for less than 4 years
Very reasonable service charges
Delivered almost on time
Unfortunately Emaar is not very active at the moment particularly in Dubai.

We cannot expect high profits now a days as the prices are going higher and higher. It would be interesting to see what prices Deeyar launches their commercial building @ Buisness Bay on Jan 14 launch.

Damac might be good but I saw some of their interior layouts which were not to m liking. But I would still vouch for their exterior designs.

They have a pretty good website which has all the layouts.

PS : In no way, am I saying that Damac is bad. Whatever said is only an opinion which could be wrong in someone else eyes.

please specify which interior layout[or layouts] of DAMAC haven't you liked [i can pull up the plans if u just tell me the project's name], and show me an example of a layout you personally liked...
