preferably residential buildings. but a commercial + residential is also not out of the question.

This one is in Sports city . Rufi twin towers , Construction is already going on. I am selling it 15 - 20 % less than current developer price.

What sort of building is it that you are looking for? Sheikh Zayed Road is a leasehold area. What sort of Budget is your client looking at, I will speak to my colleagues and see if we have anything.

Well both, residential and commercial.... the property that u mentioned, is it free hold or lease hold?

is the building already rented out? if it is can u provide the rent roll .
