Only time can tell if its good for flipping. I liked le Lahoya bay, payment terms are 30% upfront , 70% Developer Mortgage for 10 Years INTEREST FREE. If you buy make sure u get this deal.

I have just bought in Brazil, otherwise, i beleive it's a good investment. Real estate investment is all about taking the risks at the right time.

Good luck

But similar payment terms are available in Dubai also,Since there are lots of projects being launched , its easy to find this type of payment terms.and it is because of this reason only ,the price is high- ie 1000 PSF.
Thanks

Any one interested in La Hoya bay, or wanting to find out more about this project can email me to find out what they want.

I am in Ras Al Khaimah at the moment and have been to Marjan Island, the project is progressing and the prospects for this project appear to be positive.

I would post some pictures for you , if I could find out how ?

If you send me your full name, email, and details regarding your budget and what exactly you would like, I can forward this onto a local agent who will look after you.

Hi Dubai lover ,
See how I posted this picture:
First click on attach key , that is 3rd key after font sizes. It will open another window in your browser and give you options for upload from your desk top or web URL.You select a photo that u want to up load and click upload.

I think its simple.I am sure you can do it.

I would be happy to see the pic for marjan island.

Bye

Hi
Has anybody had any dealings with Dreamhomesww. We are currently in the process of buying our first overseas property with them in La Hoya. As we are complete beginners in property investment we are obviously nervous and would appreciate any positive or negative feedback in our property investment and agents.
Thanks
Chris

I know DHWW have been in business for a good while now.
I personally think there is better than La Hoya Bay within Al Marjan Island, but that's a matter of opinions, and if you've commited already, don't look back.

Thanks for the quick response Ramman. We have committed to buying a studio on the La Hoya bay complex and hope to make a nice profit in a few years from now.
We are also looking to invest in Bulgaria (Sofia) with Key4 and hopefully spread our risk and portfolio across a number of cities in Europe from here on in.

Leave something to invest in Egypt. I work for DAMAC, and we'll be releasing in the coming month an amazing master development on the Red Sea in Gamsha Bay. It'll be a 10 years project, but people investing there in 2008 will obviously make the biggest profits.
pm me your details and I'll contact you as soon as it's released. You can find a bit of info about it on our website now.
