I have been there it is very nice,..... not sure if it is going to be the palm .. but maybe worth a punt, if you can get a good payment plan.

Ya, i saw prices are reasonable, starting from 65k Pounds, the payment is 30% upfront and the rest on completion, right?

yes..and if you do decide to go ahead, let me know and I will direct you to my colleague who deals direct with the developer KOHIE, you might save a few dirhams and still get exactly the same apartment.

Default buying in la hoya bay

Hi I'm also considering purchasing in La Hoya Bay, never purchased in UAE before, looks v.promising. It's been described to me as the 2nd Palm also. Studio's start from my agent at £61,500, for this price and front line property seems on he surface a good deal.

Would be happy to exchange notes on this project?

Phil, send me exactly what you have been promised, I am in Dubai next week and can pop into KOHIE to see what the exact price is, and let you know the best way forward.

Would be useful to know who the agent is also.

Dubailover and Ady1231, please can you give me your contact details about the La Hoya Bay developments. I'm very interested. In fact, I have a few friends who are, so perhaps we can ask for a group discount!

All studios in this phase are now SOLD OUT! we have to wait for the next one, where 7% increase will apply!

I am with the Developer next week, the best that can be done is firstly, that you get a good apartment location, and then I am confident that I can get a small reduction from the booking agent in comms.

I need to know exactly how many of you are prepared to buy, let me know numbers and I can meet you next week in Dubai, I will be there for a few days, so I can sort it all out for you.

If you send me your contact details, my details are

ady1231, some agents do still have some studios available.

dubailover, I'm based in London at the moment, and have no imminent trips planned to the UAE - perhaps in April though.

Is the developer (Khoie) giving an interest-free mortgage offer to all dealers?
