Question Remraam- 2nd phase launch- a good idea????

Hi

I was interested in knowing whether the 2nd phase of Remraam which is going to lauch end of this month at 850-900 per sq. foot is a good idea to keep for 6-8 months and flip over ?

Or would JVS or DSO be considered better investments?

In my opinion, flipping these days could be a risk. Remraam is a long term hold investment.

The first phase got sold out in half a day.

DSO would be a good bet for the same price almost.

Hi Roshan ,

I am new to the Forum and my name is Reetesh. Could you please give your view on shorterm outlook for Remraam 8-10 Months. They are having prelaunch on Thursday. Will it give good returns in 8-10 Months and would it be easy to off load and I do not intend to keep it for long term , being short of cash flow. I expect to meet the emergency by paying through Credit cards limits.
