qam, how did you get with your investment in Jumeirah Village Palace? I did reserve in that same developpment with Sea View Properties. I'm very interested in knowing if the developpment is now launched and RERA approved or not. Did you pay 10-20% of the amount? to whom? Thanks.

As far as I was aware this developpment, Jumeirah Village Palace, was not RERA approved and there was no Escrow account setup. Did that change? have you got now the name of the architect? Are there any independant sollicitors or Notaires involved? Thanks

I'm a bit intrigued by euroinvest's contribution, it seems more like a distraction from the point being discussed and he/she is asking this seemingly out of the blue question as a very first contribution to this thread! Why here and now?
I also could not find a thread I and qam contributed to recently entitled "Worried!" tackling the same subject! The thread just disappeared

and there were some crucial info in that thread about Sea View Investments, Al Rahat Homes and Al Zahra Properties.

The very specific points I'm intrigued about (as well as qam I understand):
- Is Sea View's "Jumeirah Village Palace" now launched? is there now an escrow account? Is it now RERA approved?
- Is the owner of the plot now known and communicated? I got all sorts of contradictory replies from Sea View, Al Zahra, Al Rahat.. No third party in Dubai ever heard of these people or this developpment!
- Are there any independant sollicitors or Notaires involved now?
- Could anyone explain why all the developpments mentioned in the last page of Sea View's very very expensive brochures as past and realised projects, do not seem to exist at all? In the case of the LAKE VIEW TOWER, the photos do not match at all!!
- Could anyone explain how could they manage to be selling at the lowest prices in the whole JV area? in addition they are the only ones offering 10-12% guaranteed rent for 10 yrs? how could they beat every body else?
