A mont blanc pen isn't a bic nor a parker.

The question is, have you realized more capital appreciation by buying a DAMAC unit, or buying others projects?

Give me your numbers and I'll give you mine.

Hay, has you know PRE-Launch projects are not in the press, by the time they get in the press, it is too late (meaning you have missed the initial boat!) there is still scope to make money on your investment in later stages.

So everyone needs to bear in mind that PRE launches dont stay around for long. For example, there's a pre launch in Marmooka City that I have been tracking from the start, it statred life at AED400, today still in PRE Launch it is AED500, at launch in early JUne it is going to be higher before it gets into the resale market.

So guys if you are serious on this move fast and secure something, there are still good deals to be had especialy in Marmooka City, Ajman.

Good Luck.

Dear portfolio builder and all,

A great idea actually. I think what you do is great… This forum should be more used by individual investors to join together and increase purchasing power against developers. Buying floors (at pre-launch) is always more profitable than buying more expensive single units at the public launch.

Regarding the project you referred to, the developer has put sales on hold for the moment, until they receive escrow account for this project. As soon as they release it again for bulk buyers, I will let you know.

Right now there is a project launching in Ajman, from a decent developer, right on the emirates road and next to the mall, a beautifully designed (unfortunately not so common in Ajman in my opinion yet) building with mixed use, very attractive payment plan and good price.

I am planning to invest in the commercial (office) units of this project and am looking for co-investors to book a whole floor jointly to get a large discount (we will just buy at the same time, but the purchased units will be on our own separate names).

For more info see also the "property for sale" section http://www.totallyproperty.com/dubai...html#post54624.
